When I visited my parents in Florida we went to the Florida Museum of Natural History Butterfly Rainforest http://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/butterflies/, which was a great exhibit. We went on a warm day when the butterflies were active and flying around. There are beautiful butterflies from all over the world here. I’m not sure what the name of this vibrant blue butterfly is, but I do know it is from Ecuador. I remember seeing a number of these when we were rafting the Rio Upano, which is a whole other story:)

I just loved the location of this wedding at Bow Bog Meeting House in Bow, New Hampshire. Located in the country this old church was built in 1835. With the sunlight streaming through the windows I was able to capture this beautiful shot of the ceremony from the balcony. this was a last minute booking as their photographer backed out about a month before their wedding because of an injury.

I just got back from visiting my family in Florida. We spent a day at Sea World, which has changed a lot since the last time I was there…20+ years ago! Even though the park was really expensive to get into (over $60) it was worth it. And while the Shamu show was amazing, being able to touch a dolphin was awesome!

The weather was perfect and we got there early enough to enjoy the park before it got too crowded.

This couple had so much fun at their wedding. I caught the bride with her bridesmaid’s at the reception, laughing hysterically:)

The wedding took place at the Federated Church in Skowhegan, Maine which is a beautiful church. The bright, sunny day made the church that much more beautiful with the light streaming in through the stained glass windows.
